NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, TICKET REGISTRATION, OR SURVEY COMPLETION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
This MozCon NYC Attendee Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SEOmoz, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent company, Ziff Davis, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes will run from June 8, 2026 until 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
3. How to Enter
Participants can enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period using one (1) of the following methods:
Survey & Social Media Method: Share a MozCon promotional social asset on your public social media account (e.g., X/Twitter or LinkedIn) utilizing the explicit promotional hashtag #MozConSweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry (Free AMOE): To enter the Sweepstakes without purchasing a ticket to MozCon or posting to social media, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "MozCon NYC Sweepstakes Entry." The body of the email must include your full name, valid email address, physical mailing address, and phone number.
Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person and per household across all methods of entry. Duplicate survey completions, multi-account social postings, or automated entries will constitute fraud and will result in disqualification. You must have a valid email address to participate. Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale, or purchase of this offer is strictly prohibited.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries pooled together from both entry methods shortly after the Sweepstakes Period closes. The potential winner will be notified by email shortly after the drawing.
Canadian Residents Notice
If a selected potential winner is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, multi-step mathematical skill-testing question without administrative, electronic, or mechanical aid of any kind in order to be declared the official winner and redeem the prize.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) winner will receive the "NYC Experience" prize package consisting of:
Two (2) tickets to a Broadway show selected by Sponsor (ARV: $275);
One (1) $150 Visa® Gift Card for dinner or drinks; and
One (1) complimentary hotel room stay within the official MozCon hotel room block for 2 nights (ARV: $718).
Hotel Stay Restrictions: The complimentary room stay is provided directly via the official MozCon pre-paid hotel block. If the selected winner has already booked and paid for a separate, non-refundable hotel reservation for MozCon, Sponsor is under no obligation to reimburse, refund, or offset the cost of that pre-existing booking. No cash alternative or substitute hotel accommodations will be provided.
The prize is not redeemable in any manner other than provided herein. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected requests or entry failures.
6. Taxes and Liability
The winner is solely responsible for any local, state, federal, or provincial taxes incurred upon the receipt or use of the prize. By participating, you agree that your information may be collected and processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Survey responses not complying with all requirements will not be honored. Any fraudulent submissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
7. Social Media & Third-Party Disclaimers
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Visa Inc., X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or any Broadway theater production company or venue. By entering, participants provide a full and complete release of liability to all social media platforms utilized in connection with this promotion.
